摘 要:本文针对110 m口径全向可动射电望远镜的高精度位移促动器进行设计与测试研究.设计了采用步进电机、角度传感器、滚珠丝杠+蜗轮蜗杆的位移促动器方案.针对关键部件进行了详细设计和仿真分析,并对精度、电磁兼容性、环境适应性进行了专门设计.对促动器样机进行了精度测试,结果表明促动器定位精度小于15μm,满足设计精度要求.将促动器样机放置于新疆,进行了超过1年的实地环境适应性测试,在整个测试过程中,促动器样机运行可靠,未出现故障,满足环境适应性要求.In order to achieve the function of active adjustment of primary reflector for the QiTai radio Telescope(QTT), a kind of high precision positioning actuator is designed and some performances of the prototype are tested. The actuator scheme adopts the stepping motor, angle sensor, ball screw and worm gear. The detail design and simulation for the key components are made, and their accuracy, electromagnetic compatibility and environmental adaptation are especially studied. Accuracy tests of prototypes are carried out, and the result indicates that the actuator can meet the requirement of positioning accuracy(15 μm). Moreover, the field test of environmental adaptability of actuator prototype has been carried out in Xinjiang for more than a year, and during the test the prototypes go well without any faults, they can meet the requirement of environmental suitability.
