摘　　要：社会主义生态文明观是社会主义生态文明建设的理论核心,习近平总书记在十九大报告中首次将“社会主义生态文明观”作为引领新时代中国特色社会主义生态文明建设的理论先导。习近平社会主义生态文明观有其深刻的内涵,主要包含了思想认识上的飞跃性进步、经济发展方式质的转变、用制度保障生态文明建设、系统治理生态问题和绿色低碳生活方式五个方面。The concept of socialist ecological civilization is the theoretical core of socialist ecological civilization construction. General Secretary Xi Jinping used the Msocialist ecological civilization concept” as the theoretical guide for socialist ecological civilization construction for the first time in the report of the 19th National Congress. Xi Jinping's concept of socialist ecological civilization has its profound connotation, which mainly includes five aspects: leap-forward progress in ideological understanding, the qualitative transformation of economic development mode, the usage of system to guarantee the construction of ecological civilization, the systematic management of ecological problems, and the green lowcarbon lifestyle. In short, Xi Jinping's concept of socialist ecological civilization is a great ideological weapon guiding the construction of socialist ecological civilization in China's new era.
