摘  要:在高校转型背景下,思想政治教育专业实现由传统的人才培养模式到应用型人才培养模式的转变是大势所趋、人心所向。思想政治教育专业应用型人才培养模式是基于思想政治教育的专业特色,根据应用型人才的关键特征而确立培养目标和规格要求,以优化的课程体系、注重能力培养的教育教学方式、学校与社会联动的质量评价而进行的人才培养过程的标准样式和结构体系。那么其模式的构建就要明晰培养目标,提高培养规格;深化课程改革,优化课程结构;转变教育观念,注重培养过程;学校与社会联动,进行多元质量评价。Under the background of university transformation, it is an irresistible trend for the ideological and political education major to transform from the traditional talent cultivation mode to the applied talent cultivation mode. Applied talents training model in the major of ideological and political education is based on the characteristics of ideological and political education professional, according to the key characteristics of applied talents and establish the training objective and specification, to optimize the curriculum system, pay attention to the education of cultivating the ability of teaching, school and society linkage of quality evaluation and the training process of standard style and structure of the system. Then the construction of the model should be clear about the training objectives, which means, it should improve the training specifications, deepen curriculum reform and optimize curriculum structure, change the concept of education, pay attention to the training process, and the linkage between school and society makes multi-quality evaluation.
