摘  要:各省级开放大学应以学习者为中心,为基层办学站点提供全方位、有效的教学支持服务,包括学习支持服务、教师支持服务和管理支持服务三个方面。凉山地区属于少数民族、经济欠发达地区,开放教育办学模式受诸多因素制约:学员底子薄、工学矛盾突出、师资薄弱、站点辐射距离广、教学软硬件落后、教学支持服务不到位等。以凉山地区电大工作站为研究对象,对其教学支持服务中存在的问题进行了认真分析与梳理,并提出了相应对策,就开放教育教学支持模式在基层电大的推广与应用,尤其是落后地区的教学运行与质量保障进行了一定地探索和改进。All provincial open universities should take learners as the center and provide comprehensive and effective teaching support services for grassroots school sites, including learning support services, teacher support services and management support services. Liangshan area belongs to the minority, the economy is less developed area, and the open education mode is restricted by many factors: Students have a weak base, conflicts between work and study are prominent, teachers are weak, sites are far away from each other, teaching software and hardware are backward, and teaching support services are not in proper place. Taking the station of TV University in Liangshan area as the research object, this paper analyzes and summarizes the problems existing in its teaching support service, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures. Moreover, this paper explores and improves the promotion and application of open education teaching support mode in radio and television universities, especially the teaching operation and quality assurance in backward areas.
