摘 要:普光气田是国内首次大规模开发的高酸性气田,H2S体积分数平均为15%,CO2体积分数平均为8.6%,且气井普遍产出地层水。溶解了H2S和CO2气体的产出水进入集输站场排污管道,再加上其中富含氯离子和微生物等腐蚀介质,使得该部位抗硫碳钢A333管材腐蚀条件恶劣。室内电化学和模拟工况试验评价分析表明,A333钢在该环境下耐蚀性较差。针对排污管线存在的腐蚀风险开展了防腐蚀试验,结果表明,A333钢须与缓蚀剂配合使用才能满足高酸性气体环境下的腐蚀控制要求。同时开展了替代管材(耐蚀合金、涂层和柔性复合管)的研究和筛选,为同类高酸性油气田集输站场排污管线的选材和防腐蚀方案制定提供借鉴和参考。Puguang gas field was the first high acid gas field developed on a large scale in China, where average volume content of H2S and CO2 were 15% and 8.6%, respectively. Formation water was generally produced in gas wells, which dissolved H2S and CO2 and entered sewage pipelines of gathering and transporting stations. In addition, the water was rich in chloride ions, bacteria and other corrosive media, resulting in serious corrosion of sulfur-resistant carbon steel A333 pipe. Through the evaluation and analysis of indoor electrochemical and simulated condition test, the results showed corrosion resistance of A333 steel itself was poor. Furthermore, anti-corrosion experiments were carried out according to the existing corrosion risk of sewage pipelines. The results showed A333 steel must be used in combination with corrosion inhibitor to meet the requirements of corrosion control in high acid gas environment. At the same time, research and selection of alternative pipe materials(corrosion resistant alloy, coating and flexible composite pipe) were carried out to provide reference for similar sulphur-containing gas fields.
