摘 要:鸭瘟是危害养鸭业的严重传染病,由于其发病率和病死率高、传播速度快、与其他病原引起的传染病具有相似之处且常伴随继发感染,临床诊断有一定难度,因此快速准确的诊断方法对鸭瘟的防治具有重要意义。论文从分子生物学诊断和血清学诊断两方面综述了近年来鸭瘟诊断方法的研究进展,包括多种PCR诊断方法、其他分子生物学诊断方法及常用血清学诊断方法,以期为鸭瘟的综合防控提供参考。Duck plague is a serious infectious disease and harms the duck industry. There are some difficulties in clinical diagnosis due to its high morbidity and mortality, rapid spread and similarity to infectious diseases caused by other pathogens , and often accompanied by secondary infections. Therefore , the development of rapid and accurate diagnostic methods is of great significance for the prevention and treatment of duck plague. This paper reviewed the research progress on duck plague diagnostic methods in recent years from molecular biological diagnosis and serological diagnosis, including a variety of PCR diagnostic methods, other molecular biological diagnostic methods and common serological diagnostic methods,in order to provide reference for the comprehensive prevention and control of duck plague.
