摘 要:为确定导致水貂患病的原因,对病死水貂进行无菌剖检,从心脏、肺脏、肝脏等实质性脏器分离得到1株细菌,命名为K.P QHD-1。通过形态学观察,生化鉴定、16 S rDNA分析,确定菌株为肺炎克雷伯菌;小鼠致病性试验结果显示,分离的K.P QHD-1能使小鼠发病死亡,LD50为3.1×10^6 CFU/mL;西药药敏试验结果显示,K.P QHD-1对头孢曲松、阿米卡星、恩诺沙星敏感;对氟苯尼考中敏,对卡那霉素、头孢拉定等8种抗菌药物耐药;中药试验结果显示,分离菌株K.P QHD-1对乌梅和五味子极度敏感,MIC和MBC均为31.3 mg/mL;对诃子高度敏感,MIC为31.3 mg/mL,MBC为62.5 mg/mL;对苏木和黄连中度敏感,MIC和MBC在62.5 mg/mL^250.0 mg/mL之间;对女贞子、夏枯草等耐药。结果表明,肺炎克雷伯菌是此次水貂患病死亡的病原菌,具有较强的致病性和多重耐药性,对在养殖过程中指导用户合理用药有意义。In order to determine the cause of disease in minks, the sample was collected,and a strain of bacterium was isolated from the vital organs such as heart,lung and liver,and named K. P QHD-1. Through morphological observation, physiological and biochemical identification,16 S rDNA analysis, the isolate was identified as Klebsiella pneumoniae.The pathogenicity test in mice showed that the isolate K. P QHD-1 could cause the death of the mice,and LD50 was 3.1×10^6CFU/mL;Western drug susceptibility test results showed K. P QHD-1 was sensitive to ceftriaxone, amikacin and enrofloxacin ,intermediate sensitive to florfenicol ,and resistant to 8 antimicrobials such as kanamycin and cephradine;Chinese herbal medicine susceptibility test results showed K.P QHD-1 was extremely sensitive to Prunus mume and Schisandra chinensis,both MIC and MBC were 31.3mg/mL;it was highly sensitive to Terminalia chebula, the MIC was 31.3mg/mL,the MBC was 62.5mg/mL;moderately sensitive to Caesalpinia sappan and Coptis chinensis , the MIC and MBC were ranged from 62.5 mg/mL to 250.0mg/mL;resistant to Ligustrum lucidum and Prunella vulgaris. The results of this test indicated that Klebsiella pneumoniae has certain pathogenicity and multi-drug resistance, which may be the pathogen of the diseased minks and guide the users to .rational use of drugs during the breeding process.
