摘  要:为了及早预防肉牛能量负平衡及相关疾病,随机选取黑龙江省某牧场产后60 d^90 d泌乳母牛32头和300日龄~330日龄育成牛48头作为试验用动物。检测β-羟丁酸(BHBA)、葡萄糖(Glu)、非酯化脂肪酸(NEFA)、谷草转氨酶(AST)等血浆指标,并进行相关性分析。结果表明,血浆中Glu水平与BHBA呈显著负相关(P<0.05),NEFA、AST水平与BHBA呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结合受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析界定了泌乳母牛能量负平衡的风险预警值为血浆Glu<3.50 mmol/L、NEFA>0.08 mmol/L、AST>80.6 U/L;育成牛能量负平衡的风险预警值为血浆Glu<3.86 mmol/L、NEFA>0.48 mmol/L、AST>76.0 U/L。说明Glu、NEFA和AST均可用于肉牛能量负平衡发生的风险预警。In order to early prevent the negative energy balance (NEB) and related diseases of beef cattle. In this experiment, 60-90 days postpartum lactating cows (n=32) and 300-330 days growing beef cattle (n=48) were randomly selected as test animals from an intensive beef farm in Heilongjiang province.β-hydroxybutyrate (BHBA),glucose(Glu), non-esterified fatty acid (NEFA), aspartate aminotransferase(AST) and other plasma indicators were measured and their correlations were analyzed. Results indicated that plasma levels of Glu were significantly negatively correlated with BHBA(P<0.05), while plasma levels of NEFA and AST were significantly positively correlated with BHBA(P<0.05).According to receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve analysis, the risk threshold values of NEB in lactating cows were Glu<3.50mmol/L,NEFA>0.08 mmol/L and AST>80.6 U/L in plasma,and in growing beef cattle were Glu<3.86mmol/L,NEFA>0.48 mmol/L and AST>76.0U/L in plasma. This showed that Glu,NEFA and AST could be used to predict the risk of NEB for beef cattle.
