摘　　要：随着年龄的增长,免疫系统自然也会产生衰老或功能重塑,成为老年性疾病包括皮肤病发生的重要基础。免疫衰老是老年人免疫功能变化的重要特征。了解老年人免疫功能的变化特别是免疫衰老,对理解老年性皮肤病发病机制、临床表现特征及合理治疗均有很大帮助。本文就免疫衰老及其与皮肤病发生发展的关系做一简述。With the growth of age,the immune system will naturally produce aging or functional remodeling,which becomes an important basis for the occurrence of senile diseases including senile dermatosis.Immune senescence is an important feature of immune function changes in the elderly.Understanding the changes of immune function in the elderly,especially immune senescence,is of great help to understand the pathogenesis, clinical features and reasonable treatment of senile skin diseases.In this paper,the relationship between immune senescence and skin diseases is briefly discussed.
