摘  要:目的评价CT Bone Reading软件对肋骨骨折诊断效能的影响。方法纳入101例经CT检查诊断为肋骨骨折的患者。所有CT数据分别行薄层重建(0.6 mm)和8 mm重建。分别由2名低年资放射科医生应用CT Bone Reading、CT trauma软件及8 mm重建图像对肋骨骨折进行双盲评估,并比较3种阅片方式的诊断准确性及阅片时间。结果 101例患者中1例分割失败,最终纳入100例患者。使用CT Bone Reading软件时诊断肋骨骨折的特异度、准确度、AUC在3种方法中最高,明显高于使用8 mm重建图像时,差异有统计学意义;略高于使用CT trauma,但两者之间差异无统计学意义。使用CT Bone Reading软件平均阅读时间略长于使用8 mm层厚图像的平均阅片时间,但显著短于使用CT trauma软件的阅片时间。结论使用CT Bone Reading软件较CT trauma软件在确保肋骨骨折诊断准确性的同时,显著降低了医生的阅片时间,值得进一步推广应用。Objective To evaluate the effect of CT Bone Reading software on the diagnostic efficiency of rib fracture.Methods A total of 101 patients with rib fractures were reviewed.Images of chest CT were reconstructed with slice thickness of 0.6 mm and 0.8 mm respectively. The results were double blind interpreted by two junior radiologists using CT Bone Reading software, CT trauma software and 8 mm reconstructed images. Results were compared with the diagnostic accuracy and the reading time of three reading methods. Results One patient out of 101 patients failed to segment. Eventually, 100 patients were involved in analysis.The specificity,accuracy and AUC of CT Bone Reading were higher than that of other two methods, a statistically significant difference was observed between using CT Bone Reading software and 8 mm reconstruction image, whereas a slightly difference was observed between using CT Bone Reading software and CT trauma which had no statistically difference.The mean reading time needed for CT Bone Reading software was significantly shorter than that for CT trauma software,but slightly longer than that for 8 mm reconstruction image.Conclusion Compared with CT trauma software, CT Bone Reading software provides better diagnostic accuracy and significantly reduces radiolosist’s reading time, which is worth of further application.
