摘　　要：目的分析子宫输卵管造影(HSG)检查对比剂不同注入量和HSG检查图像质量的相关性,明确对比剂不同用量的优缺点。方法用高压注射器行HSG检查记录对比剂用量,依据对比剂用量不同将检查分为3组:A组,对比剂用量<4 mL;B组,对比剂用量4~6 mL;C组,对比剂用量>6 mL。对造影检查图像质量分级。对各组的诊断结果采用行×列表资料的χ^2检验,分析3组间诊断结果是否有差异。3组的检查图像质量采用有序分组资料的线性趋势检验,分析对比剂注入量和检查图像质量是否有差异。结果诊断结果与对比剂注入量无显著性差异(χ^2=7.593,P>0.05),检查图像质量与对比剂注入量有显著性差异(χ^2=101.688 5,P<0.05)。结论高压注射器HSG检查,诊断结果不同,对比剂注入量可不同,对比剂用量<6 mL可提高HSG检查图像质量。Objective To analyze the correlation of different contrast doses with image quality in hysterosalpingography (HSG), and clarify the advantages and disadvantages of different contrast doses.Methods HSG was performed using a high pressure injector and contrast doses were recorded.Based on different contrast doses,subjects were divided into group A (dose<4 mL).group B (dose within 4-6 mL) and group C (dose>6 mL).The image quality of HSG was graded.The diagnostic results in each group were analyzed by the X1 test using a RXC table. Differences in contrast doses and image quality were analyzed. Results No significant differences were found in diagnostic results and contrast doses (X^2= 7.593 ,P>0.05 ).Image quality and contrast doses showed significant differences (X^2 = 101.688 5 ,P<0.05).Conclusion In HSG using a high pressure injector,diagnostic results are different with different contrast doses,and the dose <6 ml. can improve image quality in HSG.
