汽车曲轴热锻的减能增效研究

摘  要:针对汽车曲轴热锻过程中加热效率较低、能量损失大等问题,对某型曲轴热锻成形工艺进行了分析。得到了感应加热系统的热量计算公式,运用专业分析软件MATLAB进行了求解,得到感应加热系统下不同加热器的加热效率及温度特性。结果表明:汽车曲轴热锻感应加热过程中的加热效率与感应加热炉系统中的加热器设定的温度有关。为了获得较好的加热效率、减小热量损失需要根据汽车曲轴锻件材料、外形及成形特性选择合适温度。Aiming at the problems of low heating efficiency and large energy loss during hot forging of automobile crankshaft, the forming process of a certain type of crankshaft was analyzed.The heat calculation formula of induction heating system was obtained and it was solved by professional analysis software MATLAB.The heating efficiency and temperature characteristics of different heaters under induction heating system were obtained.The results show that the heating efficiency in the induction heating process of automobile crankshaft is related to the temperature set by the heater in the induction heating furnace system.In order to obtain better heating efficiency and reduce heat loss, it is necessary to select appropriate temperature according to the material, shape and forming characteristics of crankshaft forgings.
