摘 要:铝合金吊耳外形复杂、强度要求高。分析了6082铝合金吊耳的锻造工艺,运用专业锻造有限元仿真软件QForm建立了吊耳锻造的有限元仿真模型,分析了不同成形时间下的成形和金属流动特征。根据仿真结果对模具进行了优化,对优化前后的成形件外形进行了比较。结果表明:使用优化前的模具锻造的铝合金吊耳,在复杂部位存在折叠缺陷;使用优化后的模具锻造,锻件可避免折叠缺陷,且单件节约原材料19.96%。The shape of aluminum alloy lifting lugs is complex and the strength requirement is high.The forging process of 6082 aluminum alloy lifting lugs was analyzed.The finite element simulation model of the lug forging was established by using the professional forging finite element simulation software Qform.The characteristics of forming and metal flow under different forming time were analyzed.According to the simulation results, the die was optimized, and the shape of the forming part before and after the optimization was compared.The results show that there are folding defects in the complex part of the aluminum alloy lifting lugs forged by the die before optimization.Using the optimized die forging, the forgings can avoid folding defects and it saves 19.96% of raw materials for single piece.
