摘 要:研究了喷砂后DZ406高温合金在热处理过程中的组织变化及其对力学性能的影响。结果表明,喷砂后合金在热处理过程中产生了表面再结晶。经固溶处理后,合金试样表面再结晶深度达到5μm,时效处理后,再结晶深度进一步加深至20μm。表面再结晶导致DZ406高温合金在870℃的高温拉伸性能明显下降;再结晶厚度在持久过程中进一步增加,导致DZ406高温合金在980℃/275MPa条件下的持久性能大幅降低。The microstructure change of DZ406 superalloy after sand blasting during heat treatment and its effect on the mechanical properties were studied.The results show that,the alloy surface recrystallization occurs during heat treatment after sand blasting.After solid solution treatment,the recrystallization depth reaches 5 μm on the surface of the alloy sample.After aging treatment,the recrystallization depth is further deepened to 20 μm.Surface recrystallization results in a significant decrease in the tensile properties of DZ406 superalloy at 870 ℃.The further increase of recrystallization thickness during the stress rupture process results in a significant decrease in the rupture resistance of DZ406 superalloy at 980 ℃/275 MPa.
