摘  要:针对海上油气田开采及化工生产过程中会产生大量的含油污水,且随着油田的开采进入后期及原油处理过程中温度变化导致污水乳化程度增加,造成现阶段的除油难度增和待处理水量的剧增的问题,以实验研究为基础,介绍了一种新型纤维聚结除油技术在石油石化领域的多个工程开发及成功应用的过程,在处理不同工况条件下水质时,虽然处理效果各不相同,但总体除油率均在80%以上。该技术在污水除油领域具有良好操作弹性、压降低和快速高效等特点,可为行业内解决同类问题提供了更好的选择。A large amount of oily wastewater will be produced in the process of offshore oil and gas field exploitation and chemical production. With the development of oil fields entering the later stage and the increase of emulsification degree of sewage caused by the temperature change in the process of crude oil treatment, the difficulty of oil removal and the amount of water to be treated are increased at the present stage, based on experimental research, the process of a new type of fiber coalescence and degreasing technology in the field of petroleum and petrochemical development were introduced. The technology is used to treat water efficiently under different working conditions, although the working conditions are different, the overall oil removal rate is above 80%. The technology has the characteristics of good operational flexibility, lower pressure drop and rapid efficiency in the field of oil removal in water, and provides a better choice for solving similar problems in the industry.
