摘  要:目的综合评分法优选玄参切制工艺。方法采用HPLC和UV分别测定哈巴苷及哈巴俄苷、多糖的含量。以玄参哈巴苷及哈巴俄苷、多糖、水溶性浸出物、醇溶性浸出物为指标成分,对玄参药材的软化用水量、软化时间、切制规格,切制片型、干燥温度影响因素进行考察,采用L9(34)正交试验及综合评分法优选玄参切制工艺。结果优选出最佳切制工艺为:用2倍量的水软化玄参药材4h,取出,稍润,横切2mm,60℃烘干。结论优选出的最佳切制工艺稳定、合理、可行。Objective To optimize the cutting process of Scrophularia ningpoens by using comprehensive scoring method.Methods HPLC method and UV method were used to determine the content of harpagide and harpagoside,polysaccharides,respectively.With harpagide and harpagoside,polysaccharides,water-soluble extract,ethanol soluble extraction as the markers,the factors of softening water consumption,softening time,cutting specification,cutting piece type,drying temperature and so on were investigated,using L9(34)orthogonal experiment and comprehensive scoring method to optimize the cutting process of Scrophularia ningpoensis.Results The optimum cutting process was as follows:Softening with 2 times water for 4 h,remove and slightly moist,cross-cutting 2mm and drying them at 60℃.Conclusion The optimal cutting process is stable,reasonable and feasible.
