摘 要:目的利用显微拉曼技术快速、无损伤鉴别区分丹参表面染色物。方法收集疑似染色丹参样品标本和未染色丹参样本,利用显微聚焦拉曼技术获取丹参表面疑似染色物、疑似染色丹参的未染色部位、未染色丹参表面和丹参酮类对照品拉曼图谱,进行比对。结果丹参表面疑似染色物的拉曼图谱与丹参酮类对照品、未染色丹参和疑似染色丹参的正常部位的拉曼图谱明显不一致,疑似染色物非丹参本身成分。结论显微拉曼技术可对丹参疑似染色物进行初步的快速、无损伤鉴别区分。Objective To distinguish surface dyeing of Danshen by rapid and noninvasive technique of Raman microscopy.Methods Samples of suspected dyeing Danshen and undyed Danshen were collected,Raman spectrograms of surface dyeing and undyed position of surface of suspected dyeing Danshen and surface of undyed Danshen and reference substance of tanshinones and were obtained by technique of Raman microscopy and compared.Results The Raman spectra of surface of suspected dyeing Danshen were obviously different from those of reference substance of tanshinones and undyed Danshen and normal position of surface of suspected dyeing Danshen,the suspected dyeing is not the component of the Danshen itself.Conclusion The technique of microscopic Raman can be used to rapidly and noninvasively distinguish the suspected dyeing of Danshen.
