摘 要:目的探讨不同产地苦玄参药材中苦玄参苷含量的差异,为选择苦玄参药材最佳产地提供参考。方法以梧州和龙州苦玄参种子为种源,通过对比分析相同种质分别种植于龙州、梧州和南宁三个产地其苦玄参药材中苦玄参苷含量的差异,筛选苦玄参药材最佳产地。结果龙州与梧州两个原产地之间,龙州生产的苦玄参苷含量显著高于梧州;其中,梧州产区苦玄参苷IA含量未达到中国药典标准。原产地与移植地之间,南宁生产的苦玄参苷含量高于梧州,与龙州没有显著差异;同一产地苦玄参苷含量两份种质之间没有显著差异。结论几个产地之间,龙州和南宁生产的苦玄参药材苦玄参苷含量显著高于梧州,苦玄参药材种植基地宜选择龙州或南宁。龙州与梧州来源的种质没有显著差异,均可考虑作为苦玄参药材种植的种源。Objective Difference of the content of picfeltarraenins in Picria felterrae Lour.from different planting place was studied to provide reference for choosing the best place for planting Picria felterrae Lour.Methods The content of picfeltarraenins in Picria felterrae Lour.from three producing areas,Longzhou,Wuzhou and Nanning,were analyzed to choosing the best place for planting Picria felterrae Lour.by using the same germplasm from Longzhou and Wuzhou.Results Between the two original birthplaces of Longzhou and Wuzhou,the content of picfeltarraenins in Picria felterrae Lour.from Longzhou was higher than that in Wuzhou,and the content of picfeltarraeninIA in Picria felterrae Lour.from Wuzhou region did not meet the standard of pharmacopoeia of China.Between the places of origin and transplant,Nanning was higher than Wuzhou,but there was no significant difference between Nanning and Longzhou.As well as there was no significant difference between the two germplasms from Longzhou and Wuzhou.Conclusion The content of picfeltarraenins in Picria felterrae Lour.from Longzhou and Nanning is significant higher than that in Wuzhou.Considering the content of picfeltarraenins,Longzhou and Nanning are more suitable for planting Picria felterrae Lour..There was no significant difference between the two germplasms from Longzhou and Wuzhou,and both of them can be used as seed source.
