新伤湿敷液外敷治疗全膝关节置换术后肿胀的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探究新伤湿敷液外敷治疗全膝关节置换术后肿胀的临床疗效。方法选取行单侧全膝关节置换术的膝关节骨性关节炎患者46例,男21例,女25例,按入院先后顺序分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者术后给予相关康复治疗,观察组予以新伤湿敷液外敷加上述康复治疗。从手术当日开始,连续使用7d,对术后患膝的肿胀、疼痛、屈曲度数(ROM)进行对比分析。结果两组患肢在术后第1、3、7天的同一时间点测量患侧下肢不同部位(髌骨上10cm、髌骨下10cm)的周径、VAS评分同期比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患肢在术后第2天拔除引流管后开始行膝关节屈伸活动,术后第3、5、7天同一时间点测量患侧屈曲度数(ROM)同期比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在全膝关节置换术后使用新伤湿敷液,能够明显缓解局部肿胀疼痛,改善膝关节功能,具有活血化瘀,消肿止痛的作用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of external application of Xinshang Shifu liquid on total knee arthroplasty.Methods From August 2017 to August 2018,46 patients(21 males and 25 females)with unilateral total knee arthroplasty were divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission.The patients in the control group were treated with related rehabilitation after operation,while the patients in the observation group were treated with the external application of Xinshang Shifu liquid and the above mentioned rehabilitation treatment.From the day of operation,the swelling,pain and flexion of the affected knee were compared and analyzed by(ROM)for 7 days.R esults The peripheral diameter,VAS scores of different parts of the affected lower extremities(10 cm,above the patella 10 cm below the patella)were measured at the same time point of the 1st and 7th day postoperatively in the two groups(P<0.05).The flexion and extension of knee joint were performed in the two groups after the drainage tube was removed on the 2nd day after operation.There was significant difference in the(ROM)of flexion of the affected side at the same time point on the 3rd and 7th day after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Xinshang Shifu liquid after total knee arthroplasty can obviously relieve local swelling and pain,improve knee joint function,promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis,and relieve swelling and pain.
