疏肝和胃方治疗胃食管反流病70例临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察中药经验组方疏肝和胃方治疗胃食管反流病70例临床疗效。方法选取我院2016年6月至2018年6月在我院就诊的70例胃食管反流病患者,随机分成治疗组和对照组各35例,治疗组采用疏肝和胃方治疗,对照组常规应用奥美拉唑和多潘立酮治疗,观察临床疗效、症状积分。结果治疗组总有效率91.43%,对照组总有效率77.14%,有显著性差异(P﹤0.01)。结论疏肝和胃方治疗胃食管反流病效果显著,临床症状消失较快,且无不良反应。Objective to observe the traditional Chinese medicine experience formula Shugan Hewei prescription in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease,70 cases of clinical curative effect.Methods Select our hospital from June 2016 to June 2016 in our hospital 70 cases of gastroesophageal reflux disease,and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,35 cases in treatment group treated with Shugan Hewei prescription,more than the control group routine application of omeprazole and Domperidone treatment,to observe the clinical curative effect,symptom integral.Results Treatment group total effectiveness 91.43%,control group total effectiveness 77.14%,with significant difference(P﹤0.01).Conclusion Shugan Hewei prescription in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease,clinical symptoms disappeared faster,and no adverse reactions.
