摘　　要：“三阶梯疗法”治疗膝骨性关节炎(KOA)的新模式是由泰山学者特聘专家、博士生导师师彬教授创建,荣获2018年山东省科技进步二等奖,根据KOA患者疾病的分期依次采用定点平衡力学手法,内服、外敷中药制剂及针刀结合几丁糖注射三阶梯治疗,形成了简便易行、疗效显著、安全性高、毒副作用小的中医药特色治疗方案。The new model of“three ladders therapy”for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA)is created by Professor Bin Shi who is Taishan Scholar and tutor of the Ph.D.student.This therapy won the second class prize of Shandong Science and Technology Progress Award in 2018.According to the stage of KOA,the fixed-point balance mechanics method,the internal medicine and external application of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)preparations,and acupotomy combined with chitosan injection are adopted as three ladders treatment.It has been formed a unique TCM treatment for with simple and easy operation,remarkable curative effect,high safety and little side effects.
