摘　　要：话语、文化和意识形态在网络政治动员中的功能日益凸显,成为网络政治动员不可或缺的结构性要素。从意识形态的视角来看,宏观上的意识形态发展图景和格局限定了网络政治动员的性质及其发展空间;中观上的群体心理嬗变孕育了网络政治动员的情感动能;微观上网民的个体价值取向表明网络政治动员受到意识形态的限定,同时又具有重新阐释、整合乃至创造意识形态的可能。The function of discourse, culture and ideology in cyber-mobilization has become in- creasingly prominent, and has become an indispensable structural element of cyber-mobilization. From the perspective of ideology, the macroscopic ideology development landscape and pattern has defined the nature of cyber-mobilization and its development space. Group psychological evolution breeds the emotional motivation of cyber-mobilization from the meso-perspective. In the micro-level, Netizens' individual value orientation indicates that cyber-mobilization is limited by ideology, and at the same time, it has the possibility of reinterpreting, integrating and even creating ideology.
