摘　　要：在保障母儿健康的前提下,实施新产程标准是为了减少产程中人为干预,严密观察产程进展,给予自然分娩更多的时间机会。让人文关怀充分体现在产程中,降低剖宫产率,促进阴道分娩,为孕产妇和新生儿安全提供最大程度的保障。Under the premise of ensuring the health of mother and child,the new labor standard is to reduce human intervention during labor and closely observe the progress of labor stage in order to provide more opportunity for vaginal delivery,advocate humanistic care,promote vaginal delivery,reduce the rate of cesarean section,and provide maximum protection for maternal and newborns safety.
