摘 要:目的了解盐城市放射工作人员职业性外照射暴露的剂量水平及变化趋势,评价放射工作人员职业危害及防护效果。方法以2013―2017年盐城市疾病预防控制中心监测的放射工作人员为研究对象,采用热释光剂量测量方法进行外照射个人剂量值检测。结果2013―2017年共监测放射工作人员8617人,集体有效剂量为3568.19人·mSv,人均年有效剂量为0.41mSv/a,所有放射工作人员年有效剂量均低于5mSv,呈逐年降低的趋势,且不同年份间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同职业类别年有效剂量间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),从事核医学的暴露量最高(0.50mSv/a)。结论盐城市放射工作人员外照射剂量在国家标准限值内,放射防护效果较好,应重点关注核医学、工业应用等重点人员的防护工作,保护职业健康。Objective To explore the dose level and change trend of occupational external exposure of radiation workers in Yancheng City,evaluate the occupational hazards and protection effects of radiation workers.Methods The radiation workers who were monitored by Yancheng Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention from 2013-2017 were selected as the study subjects.The thermoluminescence dosimetry was adopted to assess the personal external radiation exposure.Results From 2013-2017,totally 8 617 radiation workers were monitored,the summarized effective dose was 3 568.19 person·mSv,and the average annual individual effective dose was 0.41 mSv/a.The annual effective dose of all radiation workers was less than 5 mSv, showing a declining trend year by year,and there was statistically significant difference among different years (P<0.05).The difference in annual effective dose was statistically significant among different occupational groups (P<0.05).The subjects working for nuclear medicine had the highest exposure (0.50 mSv/a).Conclusion The external exposure dose of radiation workers in Yancheng City is within the national standard limit,indicating the effectiveness of radiation protection.It is necessary to pay more attention to those who are engaged in nuclear medicine or industrial application,so as to protect their health.
