摘　　要：近年来高血压等慢性非传染性疾病患病率逐年上升,做好社区卫生服务是解决老年人群卫生保健问题的关键。社区卫生服务是社区建设的重要组成部分,本文对我国人口老龄化及老年人群慢性病现状和老年人群新区卫生服务及需求研究进展进行综述,为促进老年人健康,提高其生活质量,更好地规划和指导社区卫生服务工作提供参考依据。The incidence rates of chronic non-infectious diseases such as hypertension are increasing gradually year by year.Community health service is the key to solve the problem of health care of elderly. Community health service is an important part of community construction. The paper studies the ageing of population, status of chronic diseases in the elderly, community health service demand of elderly, to promote the health of the elderly, improve their quality of life, and better plan and guide the work of community health services.
