摘　　要：随着我国经济社会的不断发展,环氧乙烷生产和使用日益增加,从而引起人们对环氧乙烷引起急慢性损害的不断关注。本文对文献中报告的环氧乙烷职业危害资料进行综述,以了解目前环氧乙烷的职业健康危害研究现状,探讨职业接触环氧乙烷的作业工人职业健康检查早期敏感的生物学监测指标,为我国制定接触环氧乙烷的作业工人职业健康检查项目提供依据。With the development of economy and society,the production and use of ethylene oxide becomes increasingly pronounced in China,which causes people's constant concern about its acute and chronic damage.This paper reviewed the occupational hazards of ethylene oxide reported in the literature,to understand the current status of occupational health hazards of ethylene oxide and explore the sensitive biological monitoring indicators of occupational health examination for workers exposed to ethylene oxide in early stage,then aimed to provide evidence to formulate occupational health examination items for workers exposed to ethylene oxide in China.
