摘　　要：介绍了中温活性艳蓝及活性翠蓝染料的分子结构特征及其对应的理化性质。针对其在染整加工过程中出疵率相对较高的问题,分析探讨了产生的原因及相应的解决方案;并结合生产实践提出了合理的染色工艺及注意事项。In this paper,the molecular structure characteristics of the medium energy reactive brilliant blue and reactive turquoise blue dyes and their corresponding physical and chemical properties are introduced.According to the problem that the defect rate is relatively high during the dyeing and finishing process,the causes and corresponding solutions are analyzed and discussed.Combined with the production practice,a reasonable dyeing process and precautions are proposed.
