棉、涤及其混纺织物的免预烘轧焙蒸超短流程染色工艺

摘　　要：通过自制的低带液量免预烘、无逸散焙烘固色工艺装置,分别对涤、棉、漆棉混纺织物进行免预烘、无逸散连续乳焙蒸超短流程染色。结果表明,选择适宜的染化料和设备,在轧余率10%~20%、焙烘温度180-190℃、焙烘时间1.5-4min的条件下,可实现涤纶织物免水洗、少水洗染色,棉及涤棉混纺织物免预烘、少水洗及低盐染色。与传统涤纶热溶乳染工艺相比,新工艺可提髙染料上染率,染品质量达到传统工艺的水平,还能节水降耗。Using the self-made low liquor content padding and no disperse dye escape baking and fixing equipment,ultrashort dyeing process of polyester,cotton,polyester-cotton blended fabrics is carried out,which is consisted of padding&baking or steaming without pre-drying procedure and disperse dye escape.The dyeing conditions are:with suitable dyes,chemicals and equipment,pickup of 10%~20%,baking at 180-190℃for 1.5-4 min,the dyeings have the similiar color fastness and dye uptake as those with conventional thermosol pad dyeing processs of polyester fabric,while the former can reduce the water and energy consumptions.
