纯棉针织物的活性深色染色省水工艺

摘　　要：纯棉针织物经活性染料染色后,采用中性皂洗剂RY-280和棉用省水固色剂RY-868组合的省水工艺进行处理。结果表明,经省水工艺处理后织物的色光和色深与传统工艺一致,色牢度、顶破强力、吸水性等均稍优于传统工艺。该工艺可省水4~6道,固色后的水洗残液清透无色,可减少废水排放近3 0%,节能节时。After dyeing with reactive dyes,cotton knitted fabrics are treated by a water-saving process consisting of neutral soaping agent RY-280 and water-saving fixing agent RY-868.The results show that the shade and depth of the fabrics treated by water-saving process are consistent with those of the traditional process,and the color fastness,breaking strength and water absorption of the fabrics are slightly better than those of the traditional process.The process can save 4~6 cylinders,and the washing residue after fixation is clear and colorless.It can reduce the discharge of wastewater by nearly 30%and save energy and time.
