超声萃取-HPLC法测定纺织品中水杨酸酯类防紫外线整理剂

摘　　要：采用甲醇为提取溶液,超声波快速提取样品,以乙腈-水为流动相,配备Eclipse XDB-CV液相色谱柱、二极管阵列检测器(DAD)的高效液相色谱仪,对纺织品中7种水杨酸酯类防紫外线整理剂进行分离和测定,外标法定量。7种水杨酸酯类防紫外线整理剂在空白棉布、涤纶和尼龙试样的添加回收率试验结果表明:在1.0~10.0μg/mL范围内线性关系良好(γ>0.99),在添加质量分数为5.0、10.0和20.0 mg/kg水平内,棉布样品平均回收率为85.32%~105.45%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.57%~9.15%;涤纶样品平均回收率为89.81%?104.36%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.26%~8.34%;尼龙样品平均回收率为84.56%~105.86%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.46%~9.92%%,方法检出限(LOD)为0.02~0.14 mg/kg,方法定量限(LOQ)为0.07~0.48 mg/kg。本方法操作简单快速、灵敏度高、重复性好,能满足纺织品中7种水杨酸酯类防紫外线整理剂的检测要求。Seven kinds of salicylate anti-ultraviolet finishing agents in textiles are separated and determined by high performance liquid chromatography with Eclipse XDB-C18 column and diode array detector(DAD)using methanol as extraction solution and acetonitrile-water as mobile phase.The experimental results of adding seven salicylate anti-ultraviolet finishing agents to blank cotton,polyester and nylon samples show that the linear relationship is good(γ>0.99)in the range of 1.0-10.0μg/mL.The average recovery of cotton fabric samples is 85.32%-105.45%in the range of 5.0,10.0 and 20.0 mg/kg,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)is 2.57%-9.15%;average recovery of polyester samples is 89.81%~104.36%,RSD is 3.26%~8.34%;average recovery of nylon samples is 84.56%~105.86%,RSD is 1.46%~9.92%,detection limit(LOD)is 0.02-0.14 mg/kg,and method quantitative limit(LOQ)is 0.07-0.48 mg/kg.The method is simple,rapid,sensitive and reproducible,and can meet the detection requirements of seven salicylate anti-ultraviolet finishing agents in textiles.
