摘 要:旨在犹豫模糊环境下,针对属性权重和专家权重完全未知的情形,提出了一种基于投影的犹豫模糊多属性群决策方法.首先,根据改进的犹豫模糊熵结合均熵求得决策者的客观权重,利用熵最小化原则与犹豫模糊指数熵确定评价属性的权重.接着,利用犹豫模糊加权算术平均算子对个体犹豫模糊决策矩阵进行集结,构建并求解出每个方案在正、负理想方案上的投影.然后,通过计算相对贴近度实现方案的排序和择优.最后,把该决策方法应用在应急救援路径选择问题上,进而验证了所提群决策方法的可行性与有效性.In this paper, a projection-based hesitant fuzzy multi-attribute group decisionmaking method is proposed for the case that attribute weights and expert weights are completely unknown in the hesitant fuzzy environment. Firstly, the objective weight of the decision maker is obtained by using the improved hesitant fuzzy entropy combined with the average entropy, and the weight of the evaluation attribute is determined by the entropy minimization principle and the hesitant fuzzy exponential entropy.Then, the individual hesitation fuzzy decision matrix is assembled by using the hesitant fuzzy weighted arithmetic average operator, and the projection of each scheme on the positive and negative ideal schemes is constructed and solved. Then, the relative closeness degree is calculated to achieve the ranking and selection of the scheme. Finally, this decision method is applied to the problem of emergency rescue path selection, which verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed group decision making method.
