摘　　要：朱迪斯·巴特勒在《战争的框架》中把“框架”视为一个哲学范畴,从哲学的社会本体论视角出发对人类的生命脆弱性特质展开了深入的分析,指出需要高度重视与认真对待人们普遍面临的人类生命脆弱性。生命脆弱性需要通过消除对生命产生危害的诸多事件,特别要通过消除战争和饥馑对生命存在的威胁来消解。为此,我们不能仅仅依靠“不行动”的非暴力方式,因为这种方式仅仅是一种消极的“道德层面的挣扎”方案。只有打造与建构人类命运共同体,营造一个长久和平、普遍安全、共同繁荣、开放包容、清洁美丽的世界,才是富有建设性与创造性的解决方案。Judith Butler regards framework as a philosophical category,analyses the vulnerability of human being's life in the perspective of philosophy's social ontology and points out the vulnerability as people's general situation which needs people's serious treatment.So to speak,the constitution layer of life frame is affected by the variation of actual individual's life and the affection deepens people's understanding and cognition of life in the way of breaking the constitution.In that sense,the vulnerability of life needs to eliminate the many events that endanger life,especially the threaten of wars and starvation.In order to fulfill this requirement,the way we depend on “not-act”non-violence seems invalid,because this is just a negative struggling on moral aspect.Only by constructing a community of shared future for mankind in which we can put an end to war and have peace and build an open,inclusive, clean and beautiful world of enduring peace,universal security,common prosperity is a constructive and creative solution.
