摘  要:为了研究螺旋离心泵水力平衡性能的优化效果,以一台单叶片螺旋离心泵为例,采用3种切割出口边形式,通过CFX15.0对泵流场进行非定常计算,对比分析了不同切割形式下径向力和扬程随时间的变化情况,利用SAMCEF研究了转子的临界转速及振型,并分析了在径向力激励下转子系统的瞬态响应。结果表明,不同切割形式下,作用于叶轮的径向力均呈周期性变化,周期与叶轮旋转的周期相同;径向力恒定值的大小随切割角度的增大而降低,扬程亦随切割角度的增大而降低;设计转速下,转子系统不会出现共振情况,振幅随切割角度的增大而减小,切割角度为30°时振动最小,且扬程达到要求。In order to study the optimization effect of hydraulic balance performance of screw centrifugal pump,a screw centrifugal pump with single-blade is chosen as the research object,the impeller adopts three kinds of cutting outlet side forms.The unsteady calculation of the pump flow field is carried out by CFX15.0,and the radial force and head change with time in different cutting forms are compared and analyzed.The critical speed and mode shape of the rotor are analyzed by SAMCEF,and the transient response of the rotor system excited by the radial force of different cutting forms is studied.The results show that the radial force acting on the impeller changes periodically under different cutting forms,and the period is the same as the period of impeller rotation.The magnitude of the constant value of the radial force decreases as the cutting angle increases,and the head decreases as the cutting angle increases.At the condition of design speed,the rotor system does not resonate.The amplitude of the vibration decreases as the cutting angle increases.The vibration is minimal when the cutting angle is 30°,and the head reaches the requirement.
