摘 要:采用裂纹尖端张开位移(CTOD)试验对177.8mm厚的A517GrQ高强度齿条钢开展了沿厚度方向不同取样位置、不同试样厚度条件下的断裂韧性分析.结果表明:钢板沿厚度方向不同位置的断裂行为差异明显,同一温度下的CTOD特征值从表面至中心位置逐渐降低;随着试样厚度的增加,钢板的CTOD特征值先增加而后缓慢下降,其相关性满足关系式:δm=0.095t0.5e-0.009t1.17+0.65(1-e-0009t1.17).The fracture toughness of A517 GrQ steel plate was studied by using crack-tip opening displacement (CTOD) test. Different steel plate thicknesses, test temperatures and sampling locations along the thickness direction were selected in the tests. The results showed that the CTOD values of A517 GrQ steel decreased gradually from the surface to the core under the same temperature. With the increasing of specimen thickness(t), the CTOD eigenvalue(δm) of A517 GrQ steel increased first and then decreased slowly. It's suggested that the relationship formula of t and δm could be proposed as δm=0.095t0.5e-0.009t1.17+0.65(1-e-0009t1.17).
