摘　　要：随着科技的发展和经济的进步,计算机开始广泛融入到人们的生产和生活中。计算机信息系统的集成发挥着重要作用,需要高度重视其项目管理,由此提高整体管理效率。基于此,分析了项目管理在计算机信息系统集成中的重要性,剖析了计算机信息系统集成项目管理的现存问题,并针对问题提出了计算机信息系统集成项目管理优化路径。With the development of science and technology and economic progress, computers begin to be widely integrated into people's production and life. The integration of computer information system plays an important role. It is necessary to attach great importance to its project management so as to improve the overall management efficiency. Based on this, the importance of project management in computer information system integration is analyzed, the existing problems of computer information system integration project management are analyzed, and the optimization path of computer information system integration project management is put forward.
