摘　　要：建立门诊“一卡通”,实现门诊就医以医患者为中心的诊疗流程,实现门诊医生处方、检查检验单的电子化,并分析现状,探索未来“一卡通”系统在医院诊疗服务中的应用。依托“军卫一号”系统工程,设计实施门诊“一卡通”管理系统。“一卡通”系统应用一年以来,已办卡3万张,改变了传统就医方式,优化了工作流程。提高了医疗质量和工作效率,提供了便利条件。门诊“一卡通”系统可完善“军卫一号”系统工程在门诊管理方面的不足,提升军队医院信息化管理水平,增强医院的市场竞争力。Establish outpatient "one-card" system to realize the outpatient-centered diagnosis and treatment process, realize the electronization of outpatient doctor's prescription and examination sheet, and analyze the current situation, explore the future application of "one-card" system in hospital diagnosis and treatment services. Relying on the "No. 1 Military Medical" system engineering, the design and implementation of outpatient "one-card" management system. Since the application of the "one-card" system for one year, 30,000 cards have been handled, which has changed the traditional way of medical treatment and optimized the work flow. It improves the quality and efficiency of medical treatment and provides convenient conditions. The outpatient "one-card" system can improve the shortcomings of "No. 1 Military Medical" system engineering in outpatient management, improve the level of information management in military hospitals, and enhance the market competitiveness of hospitals.
