助脾散精法改善T2DM患者肠道菌群及免疫功能理论探讨

摘　　要：研究发现肠道菌群紊乱与免疫功能改变在2型糖尿病(T2DM)的发生、发展中占有重要地位。根据此研究结果,从中医理论出发,认为二者功能健全与脾脏密切相关,故通过阐述助脾散精法改善T2DM患者肠道菌群及免疫功能的理论依据,为治疗2型糖尿病提供新的思路与方法。It is find that intestinal flora disturbance and immune function change play an important role in the occurrence and development of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2 DM). Based on the results of this study and the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,it is believed that the healthy functions of the two are closely related to the spleen. Therefore,the theoretical basis of improving the intestinal flora and immune function of T2 DM patients by spleen-assisting and dispersion-essence method is expounded,which is intended to provide a new idea and method for the treatment of type 2 diabetes.
