幼儿体适能运动馆连锁经营现状及发展对策研究

摘　　要：运用访谈法、文献资料法等对幼儿体适能运动馆连锁经营现状进行研究,面对当前幼儿体适能运动馆在师资、管理等方面存在的问题,结合国家政策支持、市场需求增多等发展机遇,从政府和培训机构等方面提出应加强立法,规范幼儿体育培训市场;依据幼儿发展规律,科学规划课程内容;推动校企合作,培养专业教练人才;提高连锁经营管理能力,实现专业化、差异化管理等对策,以推动我国幼儿体适能运动馆规范、高效率发展。This paper studies the current situation of children’s physical fitness gymnasium by means of interviews and documentation. Faced with existing problems in teachers and management of children’s physical fitness gymnasium, and combined with the development opportunities of national policy support and increasing market demand, this paper puts forward that legislation should be strengthened from the aspects of government and training institutions to standardize the market of children’s physical fitness training, children’s development law, scientific planning of curriculum content;promoting school-enterprise cooperation, training professional coaches;improving chain management ability, realizing specialized and differentiated management and other countermeasures;in order to promote the standardized and efficient development and operation of Chinese children’s physical fitness gymnasium.
