摘　　要：文章以产业共融发展为理论基础,分析了森林康养产业的涵义、目标定位以及基本原则,构建了森林康养项目为引领的多产业融合创新体系分析框架,进而以黑龙江省森林资源为例,研究通过政府主导森林康养项目带动的企事业单位多主体多行业共融发展的路径,从而为黑龙江省乡村振兴和林业及相关产业发展提供借鉴。Based on the theory of industrial integration, this paper analyzed the connotation, target orientation and basic principles of forest based health and wellness industry. It established an analysis framework of multi-industry integration innovation system led by forest based health and wellness project, and then took forest resources in Heilongjiang Province as an example to study the path through the government leading forest based health and wellness projects, enterprises and institutions, multi-subject and multi-industry integrated development, so as to provide reference for rural revitalization and forestry and related industries development in Heilongjiang Province.
