农户社会资本对林下种植经营效率的影响分析——基于内蒙古敖汉旗的农户调查数据

摘　　要：基于2018年内蒙古敖汉旗的实地调研数据,运用DEA模型测算得出农户的林下种植经营效率数据,将农户林下种植经营效率作为因变量,农户的土地投入、资金投入、人力投入和社会资本投入作为自变量建立半对数回归模型,分解出农户的社会资本投入对农户林下种植经营效率的作用值。研究表明农户社会资本是一种有效率的生产要素,社会资本的不同维度对农户的林下种植经营效率所产生的影响也不一样,农户的社会资本能够有效改进农户的林下种植经营效率。Based on the field research data of Aohan Banner in Inner Mongolia in 2018, this paper used the DEA model to calculate the farmer’s under-forest planting efficiency data, and the farmer’s under-forest planting efficiency as the dependent variable, the farmer’s land input, capital investment, and human capital investment and social capital investment were used as independent variables to establish a semi-logarithmic regression model, which decomposed the effect of farmers’ social capital investment on farmers’ under-forest planting efficiency. The research showed that farmers’ social capital is an efficient production factor. The different dimensions had different impacts on the efficiency of farmers’ under-planting management. The social capital of farmers could effectively improve the efficiency of farmers’ under-planting operations.
