摘　　要：目的分析2000~2018年福建省流行性脑脊髓膜炎(简称流脑)的流行病学特征,为制订防治流脑措施提供科学依据。方法通过福建省流脑历年疫情资料和《疾病监测信息报告管理系统》收集资料数据,对流脑流行趋势进行描述性统计分析。结果2000~2018年福建省流脑共发病128例,发病率为(0.00×10^-2)/10万^(7.62×10^-2)/10万,年平均发病率为1.84×10^-2/10万;死亡3例,病死率为0.00%~18.18%。流脑发病主要集中在2~4月(77例、60.16%),年龄7~15岁为主(41例、32.03%),学生发病最多(58例、45.31%)。流行菌群多菌型并存,以A群为主(113例),B群(4例)、C群(10例)和W135群(1例)散在发生。结论福建省流脑发病率保持较低水平,多菌型并存,以7~15岁学生发病为主,发病主要集中在2~4月。Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis in Fujian province during 2000-2018,so as to provide scientific basis for developing the control and prevention measures. Methods Descriptive statistical analysis was utilized to analyze the epidemic trend of epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis by collecting data from the epidemic data yearbook and the Infectious Disease Reporting Information Management Systemin Fujian province. Results During 2000-2018,a total of 128cases of epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis were reported in Fujian province,with the incidence of 0.00×10^-2/105-7.62×10^-2/105,the average incidence was 1.84×10^-2/105;totally 3 deaths were reported,with the fatality rate of 0.00%-18.18%.The cases mainly distributed during February-April(77cases, 60.16%),concentrated in peopled aged 7-15years(41cases,32.03%),and most of the patients were students(58cases, 45.31%).Multiple serogroups were coexisted,most of cases were caused by Nm A(113cases),while cases caused by Nm B(4cases),Nm C(10cases)and Nm W135(1case)were sporadic. Conclusion The incidence of epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis still keeps at the low level in Fujian province,with multiple dominant bacteria,the incidence is predominant among students aged 7-15years,and peaks in February-April.
