摘　　要：目的了解日喀则市江孜县结核病防治知识知晓现状及影响因素,为进一步加强结核病健康教育工作提供科学依据。方法采取整群随机抽样的方法抽取江孜县江热乡的所有村民1100人,采用统一设计的“日喀则市结核病流行病学抽样调查知晓率调查问卷”对调查对象进行面对面询问式调查。统计学分析采用单因素分析和二分类Logistic回归分析。结果调查1100人,结核病防治核心知识综合得分为(1.97±0.93)分。结核病防治核心知识单因素分析显示,人群类别(P<0.01)与文化程度(P<0.01)的各组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析中显示,性别(Waldχ^2=4.16、P<0.05)、人群类别(Waldχ^2=10.54、P<0.05)及文化程度(Waldχ^2=15.86、P<0.05)是影响结核病核心知识综合知晓情况的主要因素。结论日喀则市江孜县结核病防治知识总知晓率为65.60%,低于《全国结核病防治规划》中的85%。Objective To understand the awareness status and influencing factors of tuberculosis prevention knowledge in Jiangzi county,Shigatse city,so as to provide scientific basis for further strengthening the health education work of tuberculosis. Methods With the method of stratified random cluster sampling,1100respondents from Jiangzi county were selected.A face-to-face inquiry survey was conducted on the respondents by using the unified design of the Shigatse City Tuberculosis Epidemiological Sampling Survey Awareness Rate Questionnaire.Univariate analysis and binary logistic regression were used for statistical analysis. Results A total of 1 100people were surveyed,the comprehensive score of tuberculosis core knowledge was(1.97±0.93)points.In the univariate analysis of tuberculosis core knowledge,population category(P <0.05)and the education level(P <0.05)had significant statistical difference among groups.The results of logistic regression showed that 3main factors influencing tuberculosis scores were sex(Waldχ^2 =4.16,P <0.05),population category(Waldχ^2 =10.54,P <0.05)and the education level(Waldχ^2 =15.86,P <0.05). Conclusion The general awareness rate of respondents was 65.60%in Jiangzi county,Shigatse,which is lower than the target in National Tuberculosis Control Program in China(85%).
