摘 要:针对煤层气开采过程中需对弃井套管进行清除处理问题,基于磨料水射流技术,提出应用超高压前混合磨料射流技术解决此问题,探究其在淹没环境中对射流效果的影响,基于FLUENT软件分析探究喷嘴直径、磨料浓度、射流压力等参数的改变对射流的影响。分析结果表明:在淹没环境中,射流动压值随喷嘴直径增大而增大,势流核长度随喷嘴直径增大而增长且射流延展性更好;磨料浓度增大会小幅度导致射流势流核延展长度增长;在正常的射流压力内,可达到稳定切割套管的效果。In view of the problem that the abandonment casing should be removed during the CBM mining process, based on the abrasive water jet technology, the application of ultra-high pressure premixed abrasive jet technology was proposed to solve this problem and explored its influence on the jet effect in the submerged environment. Based on FLUENT software, analyzed and explored the influence of the parameters such as nozzle diameter, abrasive concentration and jet pressure on the jet. The analysis results show that in the submerged environment, the jet flow pressure increases with the nozzle diameter,and the potential stream core length increases with the nozzle diameter and the jet ductility is better;the increase of the abrasive concentration will lead to a small increase in the length of the jet potential stream core;within the normal jet pressure,the effect of the stable cutting sleeve can be achieved.
