摘  要:针对现行废气处理水箱普遍存在的补水阀密封不可靠、排气防爆栅栏过重且易堵塞及箱体体积和质量过大,不便于在车辆上安装布置的缺点,研发出一款改进型废气处理水箱。该废气处理水箱补水可靠、排气防爆栅栏实现免清洗并减重31.4%,箱体整体体积减小18.6%,质量减轻23.1%,便于其在车辆上的安装布置。In view that the current common waste gas treatment tank water valve seal is not reliable, exhaust explosion-proof fence is overweight and easy to block and box volume is too large, heavy weight,not easy to install in the vehicle layout shortcomings, an improved waste gas treatment tank has been developed. The waste gas treatment tank is reliable in filling water,and the exhaust and explosion proof fence has realized the free cleaning and weight reduction of 31.4%,the overall volume of the box has been reduced by 18.6, and the weight has been reduced by 23.1%,which is convenient for the installation and arrangement of the tank in vehicles.
