摘  要:在刮板输送机减速机上采集到的状态信息较多,同时故障征兆与故障原因之间具有不确定性和复杂性。为了解决上述问题,构建了以模糊理论为基础的模糊专家系统。给出了专家系统的结构,通过经验数据和专家经验给出模糊关系矩阵和隶属函数,从而实现了刮板输送机减速机故障征兆和故障原因的模糊关系表达。利用刮板输送机减速机的故障实例进行验证,结果表明,该专家系统准确率高,为刮板输送机减速机的故障诊断提供了新的诊断方法。Many status information about the scraper reducer is collected. At the same time, there are uncertainty and complexity between the fault symptoms and causes. To solve these problems, a fuzzy expert system based on fuzzy theory was constructed. The structure of the expert system was introduced. Fuzzy relation matrix and membership function were determined by empirical data and expert experience. The fuzzy relation expression of scraper reducer fault symptoms and causes was realized. A fault example of scraper reducer was used to verify the accuracy of the expert system. The results show that the expert system has high accuracy and provides a new diagnostic method for the fault diagnosis of scraper reducer.
