摘 要:针对减速机的润滑特性优良、温升较低等需求,以某减速机为研究对象,建立简化减速机三维模型,导入有限元仿真软件中建立减速机热固耦合温度场仿真模型,对减速机润滑油流速、齿轮温度等特性进行仿真分析.仿真结果表明:减速机润滑油流速较小,流体分布比较均匀,润滑较好;减速机齿轮温度呈现沿着齿顶向中心圆内侧阶梯式减小的趋势;随着仿真时间的增加,减速机小齿轮齿顶最高温度呈现逐渐增加的趋势.该研究为减速机润滑特性改善、温升控制等方面提供依据.Aiming at the requirement of excellent lubrication characteristics and low temperature rise of the reducer, taking a reducer for example,a 3D model of the simplified reducer has been established, and the simulation model of the thermo-solid coupling temperature field of the reducer has been built into the finite element simulation software. The lubricant flow rate and gear temperature characteristics has been simulated. The simulation results show that the lubricating oil flow rate of the reducer is small, the fluid distribution is relatively uniform, and the lubrication is better;the gear temperature of the reducer shows a stepwise decrease along the inner side of the tooth tip;as the simulation time increases, the maximum temperature of the pinion for the gear is gradually increasing. The research provides a basis for the lubrication characteristics improving and the temperature rise controlling of the reducer.
