摘　　要：本文主要针对林木、林下经济作物司法鉴定作价思路和方法展开探讨,包括普通用材树种、重点保护树种、经济树种、林下经济作物等,在遭受盗伐、滥伐、过火、踩踏啃食等损毁情形下的损失作价。并以典型案例进一步阐述加权平均法和重置成本法在司法作价中的的正确运用,以期为相关从业者和机构提供参考。This paper mainly discusses the ideas and methods of judicial identification of forest trees and undergrowth cash crops, including common wood species, key protected tree species, economic tree species, undergrowth cash crops, etc..With typical cases, this paper further expounds the correct application of weighted average method and replacement cost method in judicial pricing, in order to provide reference for relevant practitioners and institutions.
