摘　　要：目的探讨小儿浅静脉评估量表在管理儿科静脉穿刺工作中的应用效果。方法将2016年1~8月在本科住院的915例患儿分为观察组(430例)和对照组(485例);观察组运用小儿浅静脉评估量表进行浅静脉评级,再选择相应层级的护士完成穿刺;对照组采用传统的方法进行静脉穿刺管理;对比两组患儿静脉穿刺成功率,调查患儿家属对护理穿刺工作的满意度。结果观察组患儿的静脉一次穿刺成功率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿家属对护士穿刺的满意度评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用小儿浅静脉评估量表管理儿科静脉穿刺输液工作,可提高静脉一次穿刺成功率,提高家属对护士穿刺的满意度,改善医患关系。Objective To explore the effection of manage pediatric venous puncture by using the superficial venous assessment scale of children. Methods In 915 cases of hospitalized patients in our department from January 2016 to August 2016, 430 cases were divided into experimental group and 485 cases in control group. The experimental group used the pediatric superficial venous assessment scale for superficial venous rating, and then selected the appropriate level of nurses to complete the puncture,The control group used the traditional method of venous puncture management;to collect the success rate of pediatric intravenous puncture, and investigate the satisfaction of the children’s family on the nursing puncture. Results The success rate of primary intravenous puncture in the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);the satisfaction rating of family members with nurses of the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Using pediatric superficial venous assessment scale to manage pediatric intravenous infusion can improve the success rate of one puncture, improve parental satisfaction and improve the relationship between medical staff and patients.
