摘 要:目的探讨镉暴露人群血浆醛固酮(ALD)水平与尿镉(UCd,尿肌酐校正)浓度的关联性。方法2019年3月江西省职业病防治研究院对江西某颜料公司(简称颜料公司)职业健康体检,同时检测ALD和UCd;对江西某资源再生公司职业健康体检,同时检测ALD。根据镉暴露风险分组:一线工人为实验组,后勤人员为对照组;一线工人根据镉暴露程度(工种不同)分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组;比较组间ALD和UCd水平。结果颜料公司一线工人ALD水平明显高于后勤人员,差异有显著性(P<0.05);再生公司一线工人ALD水平略高于后勤人员,差异无显著性(P>0.05);颜料公司一线工人UCd浓度略高于后勤人员,差异无显著性(P>0.05);颜料公司一线工人和后勤人员UCd与ALD均无明显相关性(γ1=-0.177,γ2=-0.395);颜料公司不同镉暴露程度的一线工人其ALD和UCd差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。结论低浓度镉暴露人群血浆醛固酮水平升高且与镉暴露程度呈无明显相关。Objective To study ALD level in Cadmium exposure population and the relationship between ALD and degree of cadmium exposure by testing analysis plasma aldosterone (ALD) level and urine cadmium (UCd, urine creatinine correction) concentration.Methods In March 2019 Institute of Occupational Medicine of Jiangxi conducted a physical examination on the occupational health of a pigment company in Jiangxi (pigment company for short), and simultaneously tested ALD and UCd.A resource recycling company in Jiangxi (recycling company for short ) occupational health examination, and simultaneously tested ALD.Front-line workers are the experimental group and the logistics personnel are the control group by cadmium exposure risk;Front-line workers according to the degree of cadmium exposure (type of work) intoⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ group;ALD and UCd level were compared between groups.Results ALD level of front-line workers in pigment company was significantly higher than that of logistics personnel, with significant difference (P<0.05);ALD level of front-line workers in recycling company was slightly higher than that of logistics personnel, with no significant difference (P>0.05);UCd concentration of front-line workers in pigment company was slightly higher than that of logistics personnel, with no significant difference (P >0.05);There was no significant correlation between UCd and ALD of front-line workers and logistics personnel in the pigment company (γ1=-0.177,γ2=-0.395);There was no significant difference in ALD and UCd between front-line workers with different degree of cadmium exposure in pigment company (P>0.05);Conclusion Plasma aldosterone level of low concentration cadmium exposure group increased but there was no significant correlation with the degree of cadmium exposure.
