金水宝片治疗隐球菌性脑膜炎的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨金水宝片治疗隐球菌性脑膜炎的效果。方法选取2017年1月-2018年12月间在本院接受治疗的50例隐球菌性脑膜炎患者,随机分成对照组和观察组,24例对照组患者以静脉滴注两性霉素B联合氟胞嘧啶治疗,26例观察组患者在对照组基础上联合使用金水宝片治疗,比较两组的肾功能各项指标变化及临床预后效果。结果观察组治疗后的血清肌酐、血清尿素氮、肾小球滤过率、血清尿酸、血清胱抑素C检测水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的出院预后总有效有效率为76.9%,高于对照组的预后总有效率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论金水宝片在隐球菌性脑膜炎患者治疗中可发挥保护肾脏功能作用,并且可改善患者预后。Objective To investigate the effect of jinshuibao tablet on cryptococcal meningitis.Methods Fifty patients with Cryptococcus meningitis who received treatment in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group.24 patients in the control group were treated with intravenous drip of amphotericin B combined with Fluorocytosine, and 26 patients in the observation group were treated with Jinshuibao tablets on the basis of the control group.The changes of renal function indexes and clinical prognosis were compared between the two groups.Results The test levels of Scr, BUN, eGFR, UA and CysC in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total effective rate of discharge prognosis in the observation group was 76.9%, higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Jinshuibao tablets can protect kidney function in patients with cryptococcal meningitis and improve the prognosis of patients.
